I liked name song from album very much... sadly they never made a video from it... every time I hear it, my blood freezes... very strong song...

partial quote:
"Calling all stations
Can anybody tell me, tell me exactly where I am
I've lost all sense of direction
Watching the darkness closing around me
Feeling the cold all through my body
That's why I'm calling all stations
In the hope that someone hears me
A single lonely voice

I feel the sensation disappearing
There's a tingling in my arms
And there's a numbness in my hands

All the broken promises
All my good intentions don't add up to very much
And I realise whatever happened, whatever happened
I remember all the moments that I've wasted in my life
All the things I was always gonna do
Why is it now when it's too late
That I've finally realised it's important to me
To think that everything that's dear to me
And is always in my heart
Could so easily be taken
And it's tearing me apart
Going over and over in my mind
I relive it one second at a time"

I'd've loved to have seen that Genesis tour for Calling All Stations.

Of course the US shows had the plug pulled.

The Dividing Line, and One Man's Fool are among the best songs in the band's history.

I saw Ray Wilson during the CAS tour - it was bloody excellent. :D

:( - Too bad they let him go, but obviously some geniuses decided it's either Genesis with Phil Collins - or none at all.

...so much for Mr Collins remarks some years ago, that he'd only return playing the drums... yeah, right... :?

I was fucking PISSED when they cancelled the U.S. tour. Banks and Rutherford are pussies. "Uh, yeah, if we can't sell out arenas even with a new singer, we're not going to bother because we're too old to work for our band anymore."

CAS was a weak album except for 3 or 4 songs, but Wilson is one of the best singers in the business...amazing voice. His last solo album was kind of weak ("She") but his first two and the 1999 Cut album are excellent.

Yep, as I recall it they didn't want to downgrade to theaters for the US leg when the arena feelers brought back "Scale down to theaters and clubs" feeback.
