I fuckin' HATE College Station cops right now. I spent the night in jail last night due to having 2 beers. The legal limit here is .08....so when you do the math...that's one beer to get to that LEGAL point. Fuckin' traps. They knew I wasn't REALLY drunk. I had 2 on purpose knowing I'd have to take my friend home who actually WAS drunk.
So....this is gonna be fun. My licence has been suspended for 90 days (at least) and I'll have a court date sometime in the near future. Fuckin' A. GODDAMNSONOFABITCHCOCKSUCKINGMOTHERFUCKING COPS.

Complete bullshit. A guy your weight has to have at LEAST 4 beers in an hour to be legally drunk. Check any BAC calculator on the net...or like I have done at my DUI classes.

Want to know the COMPLETE bullshit? When I got to the county jail...my BAC was .10. That was at about 2 am. I had another breath test at 7am and it was .12!?!?! HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT WORK? Let's just say I should've gotten out at 7 and I got out at 1:30pm.
Talk about being fucked with. My lawyer WILL hear about this.

And before anyone asks....the Warden did NOT throw a party in the County Jail.

It's 90 days now if you DO the breathalyzer, and it's 180 - a year if you don't.

My first ex husband was banned for 3 years being over the limit, and speeding,& dangerous driving...that was only one of many driving offences, he was also disciplined by the Royal Navy in which he was a killick stoker , but it didn't help that he also tried to mow down a copper in his haste to get away from them...hence one of the reasons I am no longer married to the man...of course thats no reflection or opinion being cast on you liam..they're pretty tough with failing to breathalise, drink driving even to the smallest degree over here..and in the long run it's a good thing, although at the time many people might not think so

Dude, THIS sounds like faulty gear to me. If your BAC has gone up over night...while in jail (obviously, not able to drink)...then the breathalyzer gear is malfunctioning.

This is reasonable doubt dude.

There have been plenty of speeding trials immediately thrown out where the actual radar gun was tested in the courtroom...and shown to be faulty.

If the BAC gear is showing you .04 HIGHER...after several hours, there's a good chance that the .08 level they got from you is in ERROR.


Make sure your lawyer takes them to the cleaners with this data.

BAC's CAN go up as the alcohol enters the bloodstream slowly, not all at once. However, after THAT much time it's quite obvious the machine was fucked up. I hope you win that case. My argument has always been that sober drivers make up 89% of all vehicle related fatalities...go fuck with them. Drunk drivers seem to be doing fine compared to them.

You have no idea what someones capabilities are after 2 beers. It would affect you way more than it would Liam or me. I can drink two beers and not feel a thing. I'm not advocating drinking and driving at all, but I know for sure that Liam wasn't a dangerous person after two beers.

What kinda beer were you drinking? It would take more than 2 regular beers to blow .08,unless makbe you shotgunned them in a row,and got pulled over right away,then as it went through your syestem it got higher.Drinking water right arter drinking will raise your level. I would fight it or plead guity and get a PBJ if they do that in your state

That is odd, two beers should not have put you over the limit - not at your weight ( a 100 pound girl, yeah). So unless these beers were 40 ounces each, this surprises me. Did they do a blood alcohol or just a breathalizer?

Get a lawyer - it's impossible for your BA to have risen in five hours with no alcohol. Absolutley impossible - the instrument they used in the jail was faulty. After five hours, you should have barely registered, if at all. (I'm a nurse - see/do BAs all the time).
