Great idea for a thread, Wombat.

Baltimore is beautiful. Here is our local pharmaceutical distributor:

There are plenty of nice women who are very friendly to out of towners.

And even our vagrants have a sense of humor.

ROFL! That's great! Hey, next time I'm in Baltimore, I'll look you up. We were just there for the first time this past Feb. to see friends, and loved it! We went to CVS Pharmacy while we were there, though. Let me know your pharmacy can beat their prices. :P

Okay, I will admit it, the waterfront area was very beautiful. It's the only part I really liked though.

You just have to know where to go. Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Roland Park are all nice upscale areas within the city limits.

Of course if you don't know where you going and make a wrong turn you could end up in an episode of "The Wire".

I live in the suburbs but did grow up in the Canton area of the city.

I'm sure the suburbs are nice. We stayed in the hotel by Journey's venue. It was fine during the day, but at night it was a different world.

Okay, I changed my mind since most people think Orlando is "Disney World". Here are a couple pictures of downtown. The little suburb city I live in has no photos, or at least any I'd want to share  But downtown Orlando is about 20 minutes from my house so here it is:
