Yep, and the Ohio State alum pissant beatwriters from the Harrisburg Patriot News who initiated this suit SO wanted it to a Sabanesque 3.5 mil.
Ha.

Gurantee he was at around a mil for a good while though and settled for the more "nominal" 500k last contract renewal. Plus w/ Nike deals he's STILL loaded, just not on State money.

I think all told his donations to Penn State are over 8 mil now... .

The library alone I think he forked out 3.5 for.

I'm not as big a Penn State fan as I used to be but I've always loved JoePa.
