We've had time to complain about past decisions for a long time now. And it was healthy.

Now we have some positive news about new music.

I'm not sure what the point is of continuing to complain now?

Simple- so Neal and John dont think they can get away with trashing the legacy of Perry.

Some things are worth fighting for. For the spineless people here who will "continue to support Journey," I think it shows absolutely no moral basis. To support a band who treats people like garbage is just disheartening. Might as well support Mike Tyson and OJ Simpson too.

Dean, now that is a very wrong statement. Journey is a band that made questionable personel decisions, for reasons that we will probably never know but dont compare them to a murderer and a thug/rapist/whatever else he is. I have morals, thank you. Just because I still love a rock band that I grew up with doesnt lessen me as a human being. Spineless, for being a fan?? I see we have yet another Journey Jehovah in the crowd. We get it you fucking love Journey and all of their incarnations. Stop trying to make other people "see the light". You are not going to change my mind. The only clear thing I see is that there is no limit to the sets of male nuts you can pack into your mouth. For fucks sake you have all of Journeys firmly planted, and then to top it off, the other night Andrew made a comment about maintaining order and BLAM one more set of nuts gets firmly tucked into your awaiting cheeks with your response to him. You remind me of a fucking chipmunk hoarding nuts for the winter. Celebrate to yourself dude because your just infuriating the people that are still bitter. Save the cheerleaders costume for your wife, girlfriend, hooker whatever.

I never said Ive stood behind their decisions they've made. If it were up to me SA would have never been fired once SP said No thanks. I think theyve definetly hurt themselves with a lot of fans, but since this is a Journey message board Im here discussing Journey regardless of what they might think of me. I am excited with the future because if nothing else Im giving Arnel that consideration. And I want to hear new music. They jerked over JSS but unless you are a friend of his, like some of you are, Journey is not irretrievably broken.

Besides, it's not just the legacy of Perry, it's the legacy of Journey. I've heard what others have said about Post Perry music, but (in my opinion), none of it will ever be thought of as the Legacy of Journey.
