I agree that 8 years isn't nearly enough. Give them each the maximum sentence, then make sure to put them in the general prison population. The prisoners usually know how to handle child abusers.

I voted for 8 years, but my real choice wasn't offered.

I'd say no prison. Enlist them in the army and let them serve in the hottest of the hot zones in Iraq until they're dead or we bring our troops home.
