With all due respect, who give's a rat's ass who someone's guitar tech is! Who the guitar tech is couldn't be any less relevant and who he is working for is even less relevant than that! Geez...I hope Neal doesn't forget how to play

I completely read this wrong and thought it said that Neal's guitar tech reported that Neal had left Journey for Def Leppard.

Jim was and is a GREAT, GREAT guy!!! He did alot for me and my kids backstage in Pittsburgh during Styx and REO.....Great guy. Good drummer too!!!! Didn't he fill in once for Deen when Deen was sick back in 2003??

Used to be more visable but I think they trimmed the youtube down to get rid of all the local workers trying to get a better spot on stage. You recognize anyone? Can't see the shoes but he sure looks familiar.

Regarding Neal's guitar tech, DL stole him last year when Journey wasn't touring and I'm guessing they made him a better offer that Neal wouldn't or couldn't match. DL also used Journey's stage manager last year. Apparently Journey puts together a good enough crew that others seem to want them.
