It's really just a bunch of gibberish but the bulk of it says, Hey Arnel, can I get an autograph! There are some, what's going on and some I'm trying but it's really just a bunch of people saying the same thing.

In the PI. It's a sign of respect to people you consider your elders. Even though he has never met them, if they are older than him, he'll be respectful. Even though he's the lead singer of Journey, he is still very respectful of everything around him.
There in the PI, it's a very common thing to have titles for older people. Let's take for instance, the P-Town Bros aka The "Pitt" Brothers, aka T-Time, YoungJRNY, and Iceman. If they were brought up in the PI, since YoungJRNY is younger than his brothers, he would add the title KUYA to their names. So instead of calling T-Time just that, it would now be Kuya T-Time, same would apply for Kuya Iceman as well. It's prounounced KOO-YAH.
If say Rhiannon was his older sister and after this trip, you would think so...she'd be Ate Rhiannona. It's pronouned AHH-TAY.
So yeah, there is cultural influence at work here but it doesn't mean anything other than that Arnel is very respectful of this grand opportunity.

What the heck was up with all those suits around him? Was that his Manager? And all that gibberish..WTH? LOL
Anyway, they weren't there when I got to him shortly afer he appeared in the room..10:30 or 11 or so.
He was such a nice guy and very humble..I asked him if I could have a pic and he said he would be honored because he was the lucky one.
I then told him to look around this room at all the people..that he only thought he had left the Zoo and Welcome to the Journey Zoo..he laughted, I think he liked that.
