September 10 in Indianapolis
September 12 in Chicago
September 13 in St. Louis (potentially)

Hopefully Arnel still has a voice by then...no, just kidding. I can't wait.

I'm gonna go because it's a good cause. A third world boy makes good. :D I like it when that happens and this guy seems to deserve it so far.

Well yeah, that and you'll definitely have a great time.

I just wanna hear this dude live. Then I'll know. My wife and (grown) kids are actually digging it as well.

I think you'll be impressed.

Not that I would go to a Journey concert, or anything....but I'll be in Minneapolis the entire time they are here in the SF Bay Area. Just sayin'.... :D

Among others, I'm really thinking about Houston

Apparently Foreigner/Bryan Adams are playing the night before on the San Antonio, Houston and Dallas dates. From what I'm hearing about venues, Houston seems to be the best. Also there is a Marriott attached to the venue. so it ends up as:

Friday
Foreigner
Bryan Adams ( I assume it's co-headlining)

Saturday
Cheap Trick
Heart
Journey

Looks like a pretty good weekend to me.

Yeah, that's a pretty killer weekend. I hope the Foreigner / Bryan Adams tour rolls on through the midwest at some point. No dates announced near me yet.

(and I think Bryan Adams might be headlining this tour - with a new album out and everything. Just a guess on my part.)

I really don't care who's headlining since I plan to be there for both. Saw Kelly Hanson with Foreigner on the 3-bill in Tinley with DL and really loved it. I've never seen Bryan Adams so I'm looking forward to it.

Chicago/Indy should be great as well and that's a done deal for me. It's just not until September and I can't wait that long. Hope to meet you there.

Now, Jeff, if you are there at any of those dates, need to see u too! Lunch, Dinner????? Basketball?

8/24 Saratoga, NY---- SPAC
9/4 Watertown, NY--- Watertown Baseball Diamond...I have no clue how this hellhole of a town scored a Journey show. I'm bringing the OFF to ward off the deerflys that the cowshit smell will draw in. I'll be sporting my best flannels.

Unsure about possibly the Boston (8/19) or Syracuse show (8/23).

I was at the DL / Foreigner / Styx show in Tinley Park too. Great show. I thought Foreigner was the best of the three on that night.

what all are you paying for...

ive had to cut out the "movie" part.. its too expensive and nothings anygood anyway.. plus its really tough to convince the girl to put the microwaved popcorn in her purse with the plastic cups.. 8) for real...

i like to take them bowling .. if she can look cool in bowling shoes on a date.. then she might be worth date #2.. but if she beats me the date is over..

burgers and bowling.. $20 bucks..
