What was that one with the celebrities and the singers where Little Richard was a judge. I liked that one.

Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island reruns fulfill that need in me.
My eyes could EASILY glaze over and take in 6 or more episodes in a row of either and feel like about 3 seconds have passed.
CHiPs, too.

Guilty Pleasures are shows you're embarrassed to admit liking, right?
In my case, it would have to be anything with Chris Elliott. His early-90's show, Get a Life, was hilarious only to me. And admitting one of my favorite movies is Cabin Boy will usually result in people slowly backing away from me.

Yesssssss, thank you, that was the name of it,
Celebrity Duets.
I voted my ass off for Hal Sparks every single week.

Melrose Place
The Young & the Restless
Desperate Housewives
All of the other tv shows I watch are highly intellectual and stimulate my brain.

All my guilty pleasures are now on DVD and they are all British comedies:
As Time Goes By
A Fine Romance
Keeping Up Appearances
Butterflies
The Goodies
The Office (NOTHING beats the original British version - NOTHING!)
My Hero
(Sometimes I think I live on the wrong side of the pond...

)

You, too? I don't meet many people that are familiar with them, and I used to think they were HILARIOUS!
For me, I'd have to say they were
The Tom Green Show, and
Jackass -- back when they were new and funny.

OMG - I thought I was the only person who even KNEW who they were! Back in the '70s, they would show them on PBS along with Monty Python. Then I found them on DVD. I used to laugh so hard my ribs would hurt!

Recently there was a show called "Kenny & Spenny" on Comedy Central that I couldn't believe I found myself recording.
Now it's the Lewis Black show called "The Root of All Evil".

I believe I caught them on PBS back when I was a teen, and it was right around the time Python was becoming so popular. There are several YouTube vids of The Goodies out there, but I haven't had time to watch many of them. I just mainly remember the theme song ("Goodies... Goodie Goodie Yum Yum"), and characters like Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor.

So did I.
Celebrity Duets was definitely a guilty pleasure. I watched every week just waiting for Kenny Loggins.
I will
proudly admit that I am an American Idol-oholic.
And it's not a good week if I haven't had my Dr. Who fix.

Twilight Zone (originals).
This is never on but I'd watch the old "Spenser For Hire" shows if they were. Hawk was the coolest.

Anything on the Game Show Network, I've been known to spend an entire Saturday not changing the channel from GSN(except to check out what is going on the Weather Channel)
Nick at Night and TV Land used to be favorites, but they hardly play any of the good shows anymore and they are becoming like MTV and showing everything but what they advertised themselves to be. I can see movies on 125 other channels, I don't want to see them on TV Land or VH-1 Classic!
Oh, and probably the most embarrassing one....I lose sleep over staying up late to watch The Golden Girls double shot at midnight.
weather channel used to be grate...but now there more like self promoting cnn style.. i loved it when they just did the forecast.
Another show that was on WE channel last fall was twister sisters... kind of a guilty pleasure
ghost hunters as well.

I have all the Twilight Zones on DVD! Got the complete set.
You reminded me of how much I used to LOVE "Simon and Simon" back in the '80s!
