I had no idea that Richard Marx had a writing credit on that album. That was about two years before his first solo album.

Yeah, he did. Not a great track. Mediocre at best. Cetera's last studio cut with the band before he went solo.

Marx worked a lot in the studio ( mainly with David Foster ) before he became a recording artiste, with many other stars. Word was that Kenny Rogers had difficulty trying to complete 'Crazy', until Marx butted in and helped him out and got his first writing credit for that song !

As I recall, the Springsteen (TRAPPED) and the Huey Lewis ( TROUBLE IN PARADISE) tracks both got play on FM rock stations in my area back then. The Steve Perry track, incidently, did not.

TRAPPED has become a crowd favorite at Bruce shows over the years, and this was it's first appearance on any album.
I still have this thing on vinyl somewhere!
