No, but I'm jealous as hell. Would have loved to have seen Journey with Rolie. As of right now, and it changes from week to week, my favorite Journey song is Just The Same Way.

My first Journey concert was in '81 in Dallas.

You're a lucky P.O.S. Rick.

My first Journey concert was in '06 in Cincinnati.

My favorite changes quite a bit as well but Just the Same Way is always hovering around the Chase Cutoff (for you non-NASCAR fans, my top twelve).

Ted Nugent comes swinging in on a rope from the top of the stage and starts jammin Strangle Hold. I was right in front of the stage next to the speakers! I must have lost 50 percent of my hearing LOL!!!

I saw Nugent at the Texas Jam in Dallas in '81 or '82, can't remember, but he ran out on stage, hit some water and busted his ass. He never missed a beat though. People scurried out on stage and started toweling it off.

The audience was like this...

Which quickly transformed into this....

It was a great concert but damn it was hot!

I saw him a few years ago and earplugs were definitely in order. We were so close though that the seats felt like they were going to explode any minute from the sound levels! 8)

Nugent is all about being as loud as possible. I remember when Cities were trying to cancel concerts because of noise ordinances

I think most people in those cities would mistake his show for a 747 flying overhead and not bother him.

Got it. I was considering making the 9 hour drive if it was GA, that way I could get up to the stage.

get ready for a political rally.. he wont shut up .. at first its amusing,, then after every song you just want to say ,, "shut up and play the 3 last songs of the night!" which are the good ones..

you will be very fortunate if you dont have to sit through 5 Crave Man songs.. ugh!!!!
