The 14Feb production billed "Valentine's Eve" ran for 3 hours at the Dubai World Trade Center.
For now, a web pic and some initial first-hand accounts to subsist on: :D

The 4,000-strong Pinoy-dominated crowd had their fill and then some, so it seemed. :D

There is a good interview of AP. He sounds pretty happy and optimistic about the future.

Wow, 4,000 came to see him. Arnel definitely is building a following. I tried to figure out the capacity at the Cebu concert, as one time the camera panned around the place and it was packed. The best I could tell on the internet I think I read 3,200 and 800 gallery for that venue, but not sure. I don't know what gallery is. Chubster, you're falling down on the job. Where's the numbers for Cebu? I was thinking it looked more like a 2,000 capacity place but hard to tell the camera scanned it so quickly.

I could not find any info on ticket sales but one of the plokkers said that there were very few vacant seats. I think the 3,200 capacity set-up for this type of show is standard (to maximize space).I did not see tables so the banquet (1800) arrangement is out of the question. Based from the vids you could tell that there were people in the Gallery, which can hold up to 800 (according to the hotel website). So there's a good possibility that they were able to sell 3K plus tickets.

Don't worry Jana, I will follow-up on it.

I think it's safe to say that the plokkers are now making plans to invade SF this April.

Arnel is getting used to interviews, I'm glad. Nice job. :D

Deen is in a band during downtime. Neal is with his Neal Schon Band this year, plus going to make a solo album. All is good. :D

Arnel finally duets with Charice on a TV show where she doesn't try to oversing and they actually sound good together.

Charice is growing up. I almost didn't recognize her. :D

Yep, the >3k headcount is pretty close. The venue is a ballroom (open-floor) facility with a lobby and a 2nd-level gallery adequate for an aggregate 4,000 (theater-type concert layout).

Shouldn't there be some videos up by now? I'd hate to see anyone get arrested or beheaded for recording though.

Think I was joking, Chubby? In the Arab world you must be more careful. Not quite the same freedoms there.

I truly think that since arnie boy is so damn "great" all by himself that he should just go on without Journey-I mean, who needs them holding you back when you are so extremely talented alone???? He should dump the dead weight and do it now.

Yeah, better for Journey just to wait around forever for that other guy, cuz like Jesus, he'll be here soon...

I seriously don't get the bad arnel vibe. The guy's way cool to the fans and good for the band.
