LOL We're in a Journey forum, brand new music. The album just dropped today; some of us have had it for a little time before that. And he wants it to be over.

Isn't the top Forum the place where people go once they have moved on? There will be no moving on down here for awhile. We're still in phase one. Once the sales reports start coming in there is the chance for some major spats, especially around the interpretation of how well this 'New Journey' is being embraced by the market place.

Yeah, really, Journey fans should know a dead album when they see one. Never mind the charts, this album is stone dead. It's not sitting about resting, waiting for a tour. If this album is just taking a breather, wake it up then! "Hello, Eclipse, move up the charts please! This is your 7am alarm call and Journey fans are waiting!" Nope, I don't see it working. Wait, I know, it's just stunted because a few outspoken, pretentious, bastards like me have scared potential buyers away. Ok, I'm sorry, but it's not my fault that this album fell flat on it's back before you could even return home from your Wal-Mart escapade, or finish your Amazon download. Do you all think it will help if they replace the Scarab Eclipse with some type of giant slug to represent its sluggish pace on the charts? Oh, yeah, there just isn't enough promotion...maybe you all can print off album covers and nail them in the proper place at Wal-Mart cuz they obviously don't care enough to promote it themselves. Maybe they recognize a dead album when they see it. The truth is the sales have all but ceased to be. The heartbeat of success has stopped. It is bereft of life. If it were not for die-hard "own anything Journey" fans it wouldn't have been on the charts in the first place and would have been six feet under and pushing up the daisies moments after its release. It's shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. It's fucking snuffed it....It's an EX-album!
