Just love this video/version of this song.

I cannot listen to any version where Jon Cain plays this song. Omitting Gregg Rollie's Hammond B-3 for Cain's synthesized versions is tantamount to a sacrilege.

I have a video tape of that packed away in my attic somewhere. Bought it at a record show in Valley Forge years ago. It's the making of the AWYWI video. You get the camera on each member for the entire length of the song (I believe they shot multiple angles for Perry and Schon). The video editors would then splice to make one video. Kind of long and monotonous to watch straight through (you have to listen to the song at least 5 times), but WAY cool nonetheless. The end ofthe video had a segment of Perry putting a coin into a juke box for a promo piece. There must've been 20 takes of him doing so. You can hear the director saying 'slower, now move the coin to the left.' It's a real eye-opener to video making!

I noticed that Steve Smith did not hit the track note-for-note.

Love Cain, but agreed that replacing the Hammond for synthesizers was a serious error.
