Ha, yikes, thanks Tater. I remember deleting all of the "All The Pretty Voices" stuff from the internet when the Journey rumors were flying around. Some folks weren't too impressed to see the potential new lead vocalist of their favorite band running around singing Tina Turner songs, LOL...I haven't seen this video in about 5 years and found a box of these demo DVDs in the basement this afternoon.

Inspired me to try a little singing this evening, probably not many people's bag, but here's one of my favorite jazz tunes I worked up this evening.

Thanks...4 months ago I couldn't sing a note. Still a work in progress. I measure my progress right now by tracking "I Stand Alone" every month or so...Not ready for prime time yet. But holding myself to that kind of standard is insane anyway I think the jazz standards and Tom Petty is more my speed for the time being at least LOL.

I bet you could still do Cher justice. Hell...even tuned down 1 step, no one would notice. That was by far your best impression anyway to be honest.

LOL, thanks, it was fun and people enjoyed it! I never considered going to Vegas with the act (this is not a Journey tribute show, however, it was a singing impression show like Danny Gans/Gordie Brown, etc). It wouldn't have been a "Legends" type show, those are guys that just "do" one act as impersonators, like Elvis or Sinatra, etc. This was a variety show and singing impressions, not impersonations. Where did you read that all I did was a Journey tribute show, however? This video has nothing to do with Journey, and it seems odd that you would say basically "all you do is a Journey tribute band....Except for the original material you also recorded." As someone who has bought my CD, that seemed like an odd contradiction.
