#463:Neal Schon,Gregg Rolie, Deen Castronovo/Journey Through Time

https://allthingscomedy.com/podcast/dea ... re-be-talk

Today I sit down with some Rock N Roll legends Neal Schon, Gregg Rolie and Deen Castronovo and discuss one of the hottest touring acts of 2019 "JOURNEY THROUGH TIME"

I saw this group Saturday night and I cannot stress this enough you must see this band.

It was an honor to sit down with Neal and Gregg who are 2 time Rock n Roll Hall of Famers. Being inducted with Santana and Journey.

Deen Castronovo is hands down one of the best Drummers I have ever seen and now he is also singing all the Steve Perry parts live and just Crushing it.

I honestly feel that Neal, Gregg and Dean are 3 of the greatest musicians ever to play Rock N Roll.

27 minutes into it and it's the same old shit - "Were you really invited to join Clapton at an early age?"
Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Dude should be asking about Journey Through Time.

Interviewer mentions JSS and Arnel...not Augeri tho. Augeri continues to be the singer that didn't exist.

Stuff about Roy Thomas Baker is pretty interesting.

I have been so busy, but I finally was able to listen to this interview. Now, I understand the timeline. Gregg is touring with Ringo in April. So that leaves the summer open for Journey Through Time to tour. Now, this all makes sense.

It is funny how Neal doesn't mention Jon Cain by name. He just said "The Babies" with Neal and Deen. I also noticed no mention of Steve Augeri. That stinks that he is the forgotten singer. Every other singer was mentioned.

Anyhow, Journey Through Time is the hot ticket for the summer.

been searching for the 1986 Rockline interview, where they announced Anur as there new drummer.
I had this interview on tape for ages as well with the 84 Rockline with Perry.

Never quite understood why they dropped him and went with Baird.

So have JTT announced a full tour schedule yet? Any shows scheduled yet for Ohio?
