Journey "Rollin' On" on YouTube..?

Recently when going through my YouTube suggestion feed there has been Journey suggestions that list live cuts -- not sure if this was an actual release -- plus I can't read what's printed at the bottom of the artwork.
Any thoughts or ideas?

its where were you live.
at the bottom it says Rollin' on. Probably fan made artwork.

That's from the 1981 Alpine Valley show. As scarab said, likely just a fan-art thrown up to look like an official release, similar to the show from the Evolution tour that was touted as an official release a few years back.
