This quote below indicates that Neal and Jon are cool again. But we heard that at the outset of the last tour also and then things turned sour.

Though there's been plenty of well-documented friction, particularly between Schon and keyboardist Jonathan Cain, the guitarist says things are now copasetic. "Everything is cool. You know, we decided to take a year off of which we did, [and that] gives everybody some time to think about everything that's going on," he explains. "You know, I've had some great conversations with Jonathan lately and some great meetings with him for the first time in many years. We seem to be on the same page, which is a good sign for me. I think that it's going to be a fun, happy tour. [It's not going to be] just me standing on one side of the stage and Jon on the other... I think we're going to really come together this time."

From what I read from this, it sounds like 2026 might be an "Evening with Journey" which would be cool. But 2027 might have a couple other bands involved.

As always, I believe it when I see it

If they really are planning on doing a couple of hours, I will head to America for one of the shows.

I do wonder about Arnels voice holding up though

I wouldn’t be against them splitting the vocals 33 percent each Arnel, Deen and whatshisface (plus Ross can come back to sing Go Crazy, sure why not)

He said he's always up for it. Has created a ton of possibilities. And if they could all get in the same room "you never know". Has ideas for a couple for a solo albums.

I would like to hear more Augeri and Pineda songs . I love all the albums since 2001. Freedom I've started getting more into.

No offense. But who cares?

People who are drinking beer will keep getting up from their seats to go get more beers and to go to the bathroom anyway.

If the casual fans don't care about the Augeri and Pineda songs or other deep cuts even if they're from the Perry era, then let them go get beer and go to the bathroom during those songs. They were going to at some point anyway.

Well, it won't be like that old anniversary tour because Neal said in that article that they won't play things before 1978...So, from Infinity on only. If it is a solo tour, maybe add 4 or 5 songs to the set and rotate some "deep cuts".

It makes me wonder if Journey Beyond fell through.

This tour certainly will be "different" because the rumor I'm hearing is it is a farewell tour. Make of that what you will.

I definitely vote for more Post-Perry material. With the right placement they might just surprise a few people. Arnel definitely deserves to be represented and at the very least Higher Place should make a return. As stated above, who cares about the bathroom breaks/beer runs. They will still hear the music, and they’ve already paid their money.
