See that...we finally agree on something. In my opinion, the Patriots have as good of a shot as anyone else has of going to the Super Bowl. That said, I don't view them as the "favorite" this season. I think they're as good as any team in the NFL but not neccesarily better than the other top teams. As I've said, I believe the Vikings are the best team in the NFL and I think the Saints are second. The Colts are always a threat with Manning, but the Colts have no running game and are marginal in the secondary. The Saints can run the ball and run it well and also play some defense. At the end of the day, you are almost guaranteed that one of those four teams will go to the Super Bowl and three of them won't. You almost never see two teams who are favored to get to the Super Bowl actually get there. The only reason I'm even giving Minnesota the overall edge (I DESPISE dome teams), is because it doesn't look like they're going to have to play outside of a dome throughout the playoffs.
