Oh I actually use a fully erect one - after I've taken the washing off it.

Fair enough...i found a fully erecet one doesn't produce as pleasant a slapping sound. Depends on what you are going for i guess :D

Dude, I guess I've just been on the other side of the universe. I read in Andrew's "MelRock Awards" bit that Steve Augeri's no longer with Journey and Jeff Scott Soto is now their lead singer?

I guess I'm way out of tune with current events, huh? I guess that Bill Clinton is still president, too?

Damn, I have been busy lately

Any other interesting news????????

I haven't missed the VH reunion; however, it ain't a true reunion until ALL of the group is back together. Yes, that means having Eddie, Alex, Michael, David Lee, Sammy, AND Gary Cherone on stage at one time! Talk about a redneck reunion!?! I'm sure that Wolfie is going to be a hell of a bassist, but he's not invited to this brawl...at least not yet.

I've got this really funny satire on David Lee Roth and Slash in the studio together. That was way back when that rumor was swirling about those two hooking up. I wish I could post it here for all of you to listen to. It's just a simple .mp3 file. Any ideas?

Thought I'd swing by for a Ginger Beer and say hello. It's been a tough year so far. I've been busy with work, but also some musician work. My bro finally put up a myspace page to our band project, but I'm still harping on him to put some music up:

http://www.myspace.com/timewilltellrox

I've also got some solo material in the making, but I won't be making a myspace site for it until I have at-least a 6-song demo completed. Music has been a saving grace on what has been a not-quite-up-to-expectations year.

Well, I do hope the toilets haven't overflown! That's yuck, and as if I'm back in highschool or at a party from work...

Hey SnakeLady, thanks for taking us to the movies last night! 8)

We went to see The Prestige, about two rivalling magicians played by Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. Quite challenging, with lots of twists and timeframe shifts, yet entertaining. It's been a long time that we went to see a movie in a theatre... and what a pleasant theatre this was! Must do that again soon! ;)

Deja Vu? With Val Kilmer... that's a big plus for me!

SnakeLady wrote:Don´t forget the part David Bowie played  Couldn´t believe it when 3 persons thought he lookes familair but didn´t notice it was David Bowie

Oh well... I didn't recognise Michael Caine either. I sat there sheepishly waiting for someone to pop up who looked like Austin Powers' dad...

Still cold and wet outside. With just 100 meters to go before I was home I got hit by an icy rain shower and was soaked. :(

That´s not nice at all ....allmost home and than hit by a rain shower brrr. But better it happens when you went home than when you arrived at work   nice dry clothes and a warm chocolat milk will warm you up.

I'll drink to that.

Weird weather in Maine as usual. Last year, not a single inch of snow nor a single day below 30 F (slightly less than 0 C) This year looked like the same, until we were buried with two storms that dumped 2 and a half feet of snow, all the while bringing in sub zero temperatures (at least -20 C with the wind chill even colder.) I'm ready for spring myself, and it's trying real hard to get warmer.

Bummer Val Kilmer has only a small part, but if the movie is great, I'll get over that.

SnakeLady wrote:  When the movie is out we should watch it again.

Indeed we should! Apparently the writer of this one also wrote Memento, also a movie you'd want to watch a second time.

Let's send our winter Down Under, there seems to be a demand for it... And I am longing for cold beers instead of soup and hot chocolate!

Jonny, we had something similar last year, with a lot of snow (which we rarely have) as late as in March. Looked very nice though, there seems to be much more light outside when there's snow everywhere. And at night, combined with the streetlights it gives the sky a weird but pretty reddish glow. I like the blue glow of summer nights better though!

Yeah, that was a great day... It rained all the way up to the park, but as soon as we arrived the sun came out, and it got very hot!
Highlight of the day for me was when we entered the part where the lions live, you could only enter it by car, and had to go through two fenced gates. It was as if I drove the car into Jurassic Park!

How was the birthday party?

We watched The Grifters tonight. Normally I like John Cusack movies, but this one seemed to drag on, the plot was more promising than the movie really turned out to be. Going to look for some music to play now.

Sounds pretty dated though doesn't it girls?

Could do with a bit of '1987' gloss?
