Jonny, I'm surprised how such a thing can escalate into you wishing him to lose his job over this. That's a little disproportionate IMO... Doesn't your local music store have on the spot listening facilities? I'd think that is a whole lot more efficient than sending you home with a possibly malfunctioning CD, plus the manager could hear the skip himself.
