Question about stress
Hey, all.....
I've been going thru some situations lately; been under a lot of stress.
I had to put myself on "autopilot" and put the blinders on, so to speak, just to get through the days.
I am no longer dealing with those situations....but now, that I have a chance to RELAX, I've been in a ton of pain!

The muscles in my back, arms, and legs are absolutely KILLING me!!
I haven't had a chance to get to my Dance Class in a few weeks, due to the Mixing Sessions of our new CD ~ I've GOT TO get back there!
I know that exercise is the best thing for this, etc....
So, my question is:
Is this a normal reaction? Is the stress kind of "working its way out"....or something.....?
