Aww, another celebrity power couple bites the dust. How sad.

Longoria asked the court to require each side pay its own attorney fees. She also wants to receive spousal support from Parker but not pay any to him.

Assuming he didn't beat her or maybe cheat on her, what a kunt.

Stop. Seriously, because I thought the same exact thing, and while it could very be true, it makes me gag.

Tony Parker needs his ass kicked. Sexting someone else when he sleeps with Eva Longoria every night. If I were Eva's husband we'd never leave the bedroom.

Dude, with all her jack, I highly doubt it. She has to take care of her snapper. Unlike Melissa Williams who threatened to cut someone's throat if they didn't eat her pussy, I am sure Eva smelled like Phyliss' garden down there, all rosy and fruity and shit....I know this much. I would go down there on the assumption she smelled fine. I wouldn't even doubt it for a nanosecond...and neither would you Matty. You would dive head long into there as well you horny bitch.

"Eva is leaving her marriage after discovering Tony has been exchanging hundreds of text messages with a mutual female friend for almost a year, Us Weekly reports.

"Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," a source told the magazine. Another friend said, "Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over."

People reports that the woman Tony exchanged texts with is the wife of one of his San Antonio Spurs teammates.

A source tells People that Eva was "totally and completely blindsided" by the cheating reports and plans to file divorce papers as early as Wednesday."

Boy, let me tell you, I would murder both of them if that were me. And if I were on that jury, I'd acquit.

"The woman at the center of the Eva Longoria and Tony Parker divorce is Erin Barry – the wife of Parker’s former San Antonio Spurs team mate Brent Barry, according to a new report.

Sports Illustrated staff writer Bryan Armen Graham took to Twitter a short time ago to break the news.
“Have it on good authority from entertainment sources that ‘former teammate’ in Tony Parker-Eva Longoria affair is Brent Barry,” Graham wrote, adding the Barrys are also going through a divorce.

RadarOnline.com contacted Erin’s brother Casey who would not confirm or deny his sister is at the center of the shock break-up.
“When we are ready to speak about this, we will contact the press,” he said.

Another media outlet reported Erin cried and said “no comment” when asked to respond to the claims.

RadarOnline.com has confirmed the couples had a strong relationship and were friends before Longoria and Parker’s seven-year marriage imploded, amid allegations that he had been cheating on the Desperate Housewife’s star.

In a recent interview, Erin gushed about married life, telling San Antonio Woman Magazine said: “We get the biggest kick out of each other; I just enjoy his company.”

Didn't Texas have a 'crime of passion' law where you could plead manslaughter in these situations.

I don't know about the specific Texas law you might have in mind. But at early common law, adequate provocation was a required element to reduce intentional murder to manslaughter. Adequate provocation today is a jury question, but at early common law, it was fixed and only included 5 general types of provocation. Observal of spousal adultery was among those fixed types. But, this did not encompass hearing about the adultery or finding out about it. You had to physically see it. So, that wouldn't fly here

I wonder if finding pictures or video of them engaged in the adultery would count... interesting question. Probably depends on the jury ;)

We still have it ... doesn't get you off Scott free, just kicks you down a rung on the severity of the charge ...

Unless you happen to be shapely, female, wealthy and have Racehorse Haynes or his ilk as your attorney ...
