First favorite cover that came to mind was
Crazy. Absolutely looooove Talisman's and/or JSSB's more edgy take on it.

My favourite cover song is this....
a cover of The Beatles "And I Love Her" - it's a bit dated and 60's in it's arrangement, BUT
just close your eyes and listen to the sublime control over that vocal. Wow.
A consummate artist.

Scary make up though.

And does Run DMC's version of Walk This Way with Aereosmith count as a cover song if they had Aerosmith on it with them?
If so, THAT's my favourite, too. It's fun!

Speaking of the RK lineup, Mr Big, while in Asia have scheduled a one off show in Taiwan May 4th with special guest Richie Kotzen. All 5 on the same stage, that would be pretty darn cool, hope some youtubes come out of it!
http://semolorock.blogspot.com/2011/02/ ... -show.html

Better yet would be if Richie showed up at the LA gig and got pulled up for a song or two.

Sort of like Trevor Rabin getting up on stage and jamming with Yes last year at the Greek.

I love when bands do that kind of thing, impromptu jams, for a song or two. With it being the first original member show in US in over 15 years, individually/collectively they've worked or played with sooooo many people, and being in LA I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a few of their peers drop in.

I really liked this version a lot. WSOP has always been one of my favorites and I love the original by Procol Harum, but this version really does the song justice. Thanks for posting.

That's cool... and that'd be awesome if Richie came up and jammed at the L.A. show.
