Just listened to the Atari's song...first impresions - singer leaves me flat. No emotion in his voice AT ALL. Has a punk quality to his voice. He could have been talking the lyrics, actually.

This does absolutely nothing for me! I liked the Sunway version, and thought they did an amazing job of making the song their own. Thanks Duncan! :D

I liked it Duncan. I thought they did a nice job. Did you happen to notice that they also made a video performing the ubiquitous Don't Stop Believing. (not so good)

Hmm... Perhaps he has a punk quality because The Ataris are a pop-punk band, hence the lyrical substitution of Black Flag in place of Deadhead (bumper sticker on a Cadillac).

Duncan's version is definitely a pretty cool, unique take sure. I first heard The Ataris' version about 5 years ago, I think. I think it was the rockin' drums that really caught me.

Yeah, not good. It was the backing singer that ruined it...that and the guitar playing who seemed to be making it up as he went along.
