Inexcusable on the daycare's part, for openers. When my niece was that age, I picked her up at her daycare twice a week... I had to be on an approved list, have ID ready and the whole nine. And they damn sure knew which kid belonged with me! And even IF they had ever messed it up, *I* damn sure would have known if the kid they were giving me was my brother's daughter or not! What the hell?
