No such thing as a great show with a setlist containing "Make Love Like A Man" and canned backing vocals. I'll pass. Last time they were even tolerable was on the X tour.

Only way I would ever see them again is if they restricted the setlist to the first 3 albums. Chick band, and they blow.

I will, and they don't need to be on double and triple bills to draw - they can do it on their own. Love Gun - (for shits and giggles) is Paul singing about a GIRL doing him. Joe Elliott is telling you, you don't know how to make a girl cum and wants to teach you.

Lots of bands have openers. Leppard has Heart this year, they had Journey a few years ago. Yes Journey was an opener because they opened every show.

Getting back to Kiss, even Freddie Mercury had the sense to stop with the spandex and leotards in the late 70's.

Look with Lippard, I mean Leppard, I have seen them over 10 times, and they have renounced their hard rock roots and it is simply not for the better. I keep waiting for them to do something like High and Dry, but they want to be Duran Duran. It's a shame.

AC/DC sounds the same on stuido albums and live. Elliot sounded good 20 years ago and even live back then,,, now he just plain sucks and his voice is 10% of what it was back then

They have? I remember them playing songs off of High'n'Dry recently. Another poster said they had "Let It Go" in the set on this tour. Not exactly what a band who renounced their early stuff would do. Now if you're referring to renouncing the "On Through The Night" LP, granted they haven't played anything off that in awhile.

Their new stuff isn't exactly all ballads. Sparkle Lounge had some pretty good rockers. "Go", "Gotta Let It Go", along with "Bad Actress" were pretty rockin'. Plus a couple of heavily 70's inspired tunes like, "C'mon, C'mon", and the Queen-like, "Love".

That's not the point B, I'm saying people don't go to the shows to hear crystal clear vocals like some bands. Dennis Deyoung is a great example, that dude is worth the price of admission on his own.

Even 25 years ago, I'd go see Leppard more to hear Clark and Collin's dueling guitars on "Die Hard the Hunter" and stuff like that. All Elliot brings is a decent voice and credibility that it's still Leppard. Much like Perry bringing his fading voice back, would bring back credibility to Journey.

Have to agree with RedWingFan about the dual lead guitars of Clark and Collin. Especially Clark for me.

I'm just restricted to the first 3 albums. Used to like Hysteria, but it hasn't held up well for me over the years.

Last month when they played, Switch 625, on all the big screens all they showed were shots and footage of Clark. Great tribute. Since it came out, Hysteria has been my favorite Leppard song because of the subtle guitar work within' the song. While not a hard rock song. It's still brilliant. Loved how they broke it down here.

I don't have the chance to see so many concerts here in Brazil, so I'm not looking for perfection, Vince Neil sucks as a singer and Joe Elliot doesn't sing like he used to do, but I just don't care. I'm going to London to realize some dreams, like being in another country, to visit F1 Museum in Donnington, to walk through Abbey Road, to be in Greenwich...what else? To visit some stadiums such as Wembley or Old Trafford...Stonehenge...It's more like an excuse to do a trip with a show in the middle. I'm planning this trip for years, so now sound like the perfect timing. I will be on vacation next December, so this package fits exactly in the time that I'll spend in London.

I saw Motley Crue in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago. They put on an AMAZING show. You won't regret it! Word of warning.....don't be in the front row unless you are prepared for a bloodbath.....literally. I used half a bottle of shampoo getting that nasty stuff out of my hair!

Motley were in Sao Paulo last May, I guess...I missed due to another commitments. They put a great show for sure...pure entertainment. Don't worry, I bought a seated ticket...and you know, I don't have so much hair
