Any current favorites out there? I like a good laugh. Lately been listening to Kevin Hart, the latest from Steven Wright, and occasionally Doug Stanhope.

One of my kids is really into him. Thinking of getting him tickets for his Bday. Just noticed he was playing nearby soon.

Of the newer ones, I too like Jeff Dunham. Make sure your kids are old enough Memorex. He has gotten progressively dirtier mouthed as his DVD's come out.

I also like George Lopez, Gabriel Iglesias, to a point, Louis CK, Frank Caliendo, Jim Gaffigan, Larry the Cable Guy, stuff like that.

All good ones.

I'm finding it harder and harder to shield my kids from the harsher language stuff. They are teenagers, so not too worried about Dunham too much. Some of the other stuff I "forbid", but everything is so out there now. It's not like the Pryor and Murphy days when you truly had to make an effort to hide what you were listening to.

I just don't get Louis CK, but my son likes him. I love Jim Gaffigan, hmmm, bacon? Also Lewis Black with his storytelling humor is hilarious. Patrice O'neal was great also. A shame he passed to soon.

Can't wait until he comes back to Pittsburgh. A ton of comedians have great material, but when it comes to improv and going at it on the fly, the dude puts his industry to SHAME. He simply tears it up. I genuinely feel bad for anybody who has/will have arguments with this dude.

He brings down the hammer and has a very intelligent, yet, quick and fast paced wit towards his comedic genius. He has a morning podcast and talks about anything and everything. He also answers fan-mail and tries to help people with their real life bullshit (like girlfriends and what-not.) He's simply AWESOME and makes very interesting points and is hilarious when he's not even trying to be. That's what makes an epic comedian in my eyes.

Here's some good Bill Burr podcast's:

How ironic that your favorite comedian is a Boston guy.

Carlin will always be the most funny fucker I've ever heard. I was fortunate to see the guy twice, live. He was brilliantly funny and pissed at everyone. If you've ever been on an airplane in your life, the clip below will make you laugh.
