It's right in front of where my Doors band plays every week and is playing today. My singer was there and was quite shook up by it. Him and his friends chased the car. Every week I am there a car drives down that boardwalk. They need to put up movable barriers, like poles that shoot up from the ground or gates that can be accessed by Police and Fire vehicles if needed. Police and Fire vehicles constantly use the boardwalk. I load in right at that spot, not looking forward to this today. I knew there would be a fatality. Dammit.

From what you wrote the city should've known it was gonna happen. Lawsuit city now.
