Spinning Keyboards

Postby jimmy19029 » Wed Mar 22, 2006 4:04 am

Billy Joel had two of them last night on the risers at the back of the stage. He ran up to one to sing Don't Ask Me Why then on the last note he hit it and made it spin like a top. Then he headed over to the other side of the stage. He started fiddling with a wire that led up into the overhead lighting rigs and got a sly look in his eyes as he was trying to fool us into thinking he might try to swing on it. Then he went over to the other electric keyboard to play Pressure. All the while he was singing and playing that, he would turn the keyboard to face various areas of the audience. He didn't run in circles like Gowan though.

Yeah, I think it'd violate terms of his probation too, what with all the car wrecks.
