He's going to be on a letter writing frenzy all summer. What the heck is a Freak Flag??? LOL

Hello Friends,

It's the morning after our party at "The Beach" Mandalay Bay here in sunny Las Vegas. It was 110 degrees all afternoon as the STYX crew set the stage for our concert last night. We were prepared to do our best in the 7 per cent humidity but as the sun went down the temperature dropped, the barometer rose and by the time we hit the stage there was HUMIDITY!!! This may not seem like a sentence worthy of the triple exclamation to most people, but for those who sing, it's a big deal. It's the difference between spittin' cotton and hitting the notes with ease. We were cotton-free last night which made our night a lot more fun.

We saw more friends in the audience last night than I can recall at any show so far this year. Some people I hadn't seen in over a decade, others who came from Nashville, Chicago and New York. To look out and see people enjoying the concert, splashing, dancing and playing like there was no tomorrow, this just fanned the flames on our stage and we loved every minute of it.

This is a busy summer for STYX and we've enjoyed seeing so many of you so far. STYX fans seem to be ready to ROCK and it's a beautiful thing to be a part of. We know a lot of you have been working hard and have a lot going on in your lives these days, so when you come to see us and let your freak flag fly, we love it. Don't hold back.

We'll see you soon.

Froy,
As an infrequent poster - but lurker since 2003 - I had an epiphany this morning while reading your latest diatribe against the band, and in favor of Dennis. You love DDY - not in a Rock Star - remembering your younger days - idol kind of way - You REALLY love him. You want to be with him - intimately. You probably have thoughts of getting Yoko errrrrrr Suzanne out of the picture. Please come out of the closet - there's nothing wrong with the lifestyle. It will take a large weight off your chest - and take a lot of the anger out of your posts. You get sooooo fired up, I am afraid that you are going to stroke out at the keyboard. I am just looking out for you - and am concerned for your health. The ban against STYX is an attempt to get back at a sprurned lover. Think about it - if you are dating someone - and they hate the ex - you won't like the ex either - in fact you may derive pleasure from seeing the ex hurt in some way. This is the REAL reason behind your "Ban STYX" efforts. Dennis is the spurned lover and you want the ex to pay. Please give it up Froy, life is too short to be bitter.
I am a fan of both, and have seen both in concert and ejoyed them. I can look past the obvious differences now and just enjoy the show. Please Froy - all I am saying is - give peace a chance.
Happy Rainbow Day to You,

That was beautiful, Stumble. I'm all emotional over here. All this time I've been busy sparring with Froy when the real truth was right under my nose. How could I be so blind!!!!???

Sumble, you're a born leader. Froy likes that in a person.

Froy isn't close to being gay, except for one thing he does, by the way  LOL

Anyway, Froy I'm working on a special Top 10 Tribute to you and your quotes - LOL I have to narrow them down from 120 to 10 - LOL 8)

I still harken back to a simpler time when everyone called Froy a 'boob'. And he would respond with, "I like boobs".

Classic... :D

You're just trying to butter me up to get me to show you my boobs. But you're right - when it comes to you, Froy, there is nothing there.

Froy's boobs? Jesus people, it's lunchtime here and some of us ARE trying to eat!

Now I have to go to the welding booth and arc weld without a visor on, that will be more pleasant seeing that then a half naked Froy!

Tommy has a young daughter, and the term "freak flag" was probably something she told him, like a young relative told me one time to not "amp out" about something. Huh? Wha?

God somebody put a shirt on that guy!!!! Or get him a manziere (sp) Bro.

"Freak Flag" is an old hippie term. It was used in the CSN&Y song "Almost Cut My Hair," I believe.
