Apart from the Deep Purple support tour, are Styx doing any shows on their own while in the UK ?Maybe one at Rock city ?As much as I'd like to see them again I aint paying £45 to see them do 30-40 minutes!

I`ve been thinking the same thing since I heard they were supporting Deep Purple.

Surely Styx can conjure something up, rather than playing a short slot playing their obvious tunes.

Last year when Journey came over it was great but I`d of been well p`d off if they`d only have played Milton Keynes- Monsters Of Rock.

Great minds and all that :)

I believe I read in a Dear Todd that they were Doing a 70 Minute Set, but that was a while ago.. I also think Thin Lizzy has been added to the bill.

My understanding is that it is not a headling tour.

That's it then.If me & the missus go that will cost about £90 for an hour of Styx.It would be cheaper to get a fly-drive to Florida and watch a whole concert!

recent concerts have been 90 minutes or so. Don't expect a 2 hour show if that is your plan.
