It probably has never been a problem till now. Myspace is getting to be very popular and most artists set there pages up on Myspace because it is free advertisement and they don't have to pay the domain prices.

Since the release of Dennis's new cd, his fan base as well as Eric's is proabably growing more and more and new fans to him or to the internet that didn't know any better sent this myspace user questions thinking that it was Dennis. They also sent a message to Suzanne probably and asked her why he didn't respond to there messages on myspace and that is probably why she just now did this, because it wasn't a problem before.

Thank you Eric. As for those who believe it's really him, all I can say is that if these people bothered really reading it, they would KNOW it isn't him. Hell, if they knew DDY at ALL, they'd know it wasn't him just by the fact that it's a person spending time on the internet socializing with fans (and there are only 3 promotional pictures, very easily accessible to anyone). It ain't brain surgery. Sorry Ash, but I think a monkey could have figured this one out. I'm sure that Dennis and his team are glad for your efforts, though.

I don't deny there have been other faux myspace pages - I'm just saying this one was new. To me it was as easy as seeing the word Styx in the title of the page. I'm like "no way on god's green earth is DDY going to put up a page like this". Especially knowing Tim's take on all of this.

I thought about starting one for DFB a while back as an inside joke... I just don't have time for that these days tho - even if it would have been a pretty funny parody.
