Bobby's out on his own again.
This appears to be a TV ad from one of his impending solo shows.
Note that Luke's songs are advertised as well.

Manila is the capital city of the Phillipines, a country of 90 million people, and the two official languages being Filipino and English.
As to promoters using the Toto moniker, it's wrong but hardly surprising. Promoters pull these types of "economical with the truth" stunts all the time, it's not new news.
Luke's latest solo CD has a little "Toto" banner on the front cover, saying that this was the "new vocal album from Toto singer and guitarist". It's not as if anyone picking up the CD in one of the few remaining record stores wouldn't know Luke was a member of Toto, unless you happened to be randomly sifting through the "LU's" of the shelves AND they had a Steve Lukather CD in stock!!! Whilst the man in the street may have heard of Toto, he won't necessarily know the names of any of the members of the band. And if that somebody randomly sifting through the "'LU's" on the shelf bought Ever Changing Times on a whim, would they feel misled when they realised that it wasn't the singer of Hold the Line or Africa?
It is a shame that Luke called time on Toto but he had his reasons. By the end, Toto wasn't Toto anyway - well, not for those of us who saw gigs with three Porcaros. In the end, the subsitutions thing went too far, and as somebody once said, it almost became a cover band on the last tour.
Anyway, at this point in world affairs most of us have far more important issues to worry about, it seems a bit futile to debate the rights and wrongs of rock tour marketing campaigns! Let's leave that to those involved, shall we?
The good news is that my girlfriend and I had dinner with Bobby and his wife last month, and he invited us back for a little jam at his house. I can sincerely say that Bobby was in the best voice I've ever heard, and I know he's having as much fun now as ever before. Just wait until you hear his new CD...it's such a long way from the Toto sound but to my ears, every bit as classy and enjoyable.
