He has never been on a real tour since Styx woke up and left his ass behind. (Unless you count rib fests and chili cook offs within 50 miles from his house and a few small free shows in Canada).

The arena might be a 20,000 seat arena, but only about 1,200 of the seats will actually have a body in them.....

Keep telling yourself that and click your heels three times together and say "There's no place like home"

I love how people try to compare Styx, the brand name, with DDY, a solo artist without a brand name. Seems to me like they are basically drawing about the same - yet Styx has the brand name associated with it. In my book, that means DDY is more than carrying his own. In fact, it seems like he wins.

Should I go get a ruler?

*I* love how so many of you spend so much time analyzing, quantifying, and justifying every minor detail of insignificant rubbish to prove that "your" guy is winning the race. Newsflash: There is no race. They're all working musicians who play wherever they're asked, if their schedules permit it and if the money is right. Here's another newsflash: The general public isn't even paying attention to "name brands" when it comes to nostalgic classic rock acts. Dennis advertises on the radio the same as Styx does when he's coming into town...Both of them play the same music in the background, both use the word "Styx" in the ad. John Doe does not listen intently going, Wow. The one guy is saying "and the music of Styx," not just "Styx." It must be a phony. I assure you. If he hears the songs he remembers, he's either gonna say "I love that band" or "They really sucked, no way." And that's gonna be the end of it.

Some of us prefer to see Styx live. Some of us prefer DeYoung. Some like both. Regardless, I think the real winners here are the fans who are still being allowed the opportunities to see these guys in whatever form they're in. Life's too short to piss & Moan about who sold out and who had 10 empty seats left. It's truly retarded.

Nah, she would get arrested for putting the smackdown on Simon, would make for great TV however.
