This guy is incredible. Recently picked up a copy of Like Setting Myself On Fire. Dennis has a huge ace up his sleeve if he decides to write another album and lets Tom co-write with him. Might be a better pianist than Dennis in addition to being a percussion god.

Don't know this guy you are talking about.I thought you were going to talk about the British author of the same name.

Extremely talented member of Dennis DeYoung's band. Plays drums for him. Released an album called "Like Setting Myself on Fire" on which he plays all instruments and composed everything. I highly suggest obtaining a copy- it's incredible.

I try to stay away from the Styx battles, but it sure sounds to me like Dennis has a much better band together than Styx. Hell, his Tommy is arguably better than Tommy ... or at least just as good! While I'd still see both in a minute, I think Dennis has assembled a better unit that replicates the original Styx sound better. But that's certainly debatable.
