There's nothing actually wrong with that ad from a legal perspective. (Keep in mind, some of the ads for Luke's 2008 solo tour mentioned 'Toto' in them as well, if I remember right) This is a non-story. Lame ad that looks like it was made using Microsoft Paint, but a non-story.

I disagree here... Luke owns the name and rights to Toto (and rightfully so!). Bobby's management is (in this clip anyways) posting a Toto clip to promote Bobby. WAY wrong, as Bobby doesn't have permission from those involved to post such a song. This will only fuel the flames between them, and rightfully so! I know Bobby has no control over this, but it's bullshit!!!

I actually didn't find this as bad as has been in the past. They weren't trying to pass him off as "Toto", which has happened. The promotion of him as the 'voice' was goofy for that song though.

I am getting e mails from all over about this. I sent it to management but he will doit anyway, time and time again, till NO ONE shows up, they probably wont anyway. BUT using OUR photos ?? Anyone can sing these songs man. BUT to use Toto photo's from Hydra and MIS lead people? FORMERLY of Toto he can do legally but what can I say? He wont stop till no one shows up. This same type of shenanigans is what got Fran Cosmo fired from Boston. And it was really idiotic, because Fran was really needed when Brad died, but he'd gotten himself canned just before. Michael Sweet and Tommy did a great job, though.

Well, IMO he should not BULLSHIT the people, and specially the fans. He should respect his bandmates and he shouldn't take credit on things he's not an author of. He could do things in a more honorable way.
