Must apologize for my delay in the review and sadly I won't dwelve too much into that. So many things propped up and need to be settled.

I must say though the inside leaf story is worth the price of the CD because I already love every single tune on Premonition and didn't know the nitty gritty of how JP and FS dealt with each other and their creative selves. Very fascinating stuff.

Ive also grown to like Summer Nights from what I usually heard was the shorter version which I always liked. The original version is much more complete and satisfying. I don't know why the original was shortened in the first place.

Again, Ive not changed my view that Take You On A Saturday is still my fav. Survivor rocker tune.

Light Of A Thousand Smiles I didn't know was about JP's experience going to a Journey concert. Spine tingling lyrics enough to make me feel I know exactly what JP felt.

Oh and finally, the technicality about the harmony vocals at the beginning of Hearts A Lonely Hunter, a massive credit to the backing vocals that is one of the mainstays in Survivor music.

Ah the photos, I'll talk on that later.

Here's a question for any of you that can answer it for me...

Can any of you tell me a good source for buying the Survivor remastered CD's from ROCK CANDY?

I asked a friend of mine if he could order me "Vital Signs" and "Too Hot To Sleep" on the ROCK CANDY label. That friend of mine often orders CD's on the internet, and I don't use credit cards on the internet, so that's why I asked him to order them for me.

Anyway, my friend says that it's hard to find any of the ROCK CANDY reissues of the Survivor CD's.

Any of you have any advice as to how I can find the ROCK CANDY reissues?

I always thought Survivor should have opened their show with this Song! Just picture it!

You can find them everywhere on the internet!

For example, Amazon. I bought mine on Amazon Italy while I was there this summer, since they were cheaper than Amazon.ca

The remastered cds you are looking for have 2010 as data of issue

You're right man, they aren't there anymore.

Anyhow, you can still find them here:
http://www.amazon.it/Vital-Signs-Surviv ... 100&sr=8-1

they have all of them at a fairly reasonable price, and they cost less than directly form Rock Candy
Let me know if you need any help with the italian.

Thank you for the help, I greatly appreciate it!

Actually, my friend was able to find them on the internet today, so he ordered the 2 that I asked him to get me. Eventually I will get all of the remasters. But I only wanted to spend enough money to get 2 of them for now.

Thanks again!

No Problem!

About the remasters, I was reading the inner notes on VS and there are more than a few quotes from Frankie in there. It was really nice to see also his side of the story. But, for what I remember reading at the Survivor official board 2 years ago, only Peterik was contacted (or gave consent) to be interviewed. Are those quotes taken from past Frankie' interviews then?
