DDY only knows. He didn't explain why when talking about it in his FB post. Maybe there was something he didn't like about it at the time, he didn't feel it fit in with the other tracks selected for the album or a royalty issue.

Probably because it didn't fit in with the rest of the album. I just listened to it last week. Love the whole thing. It's great to hear a out take from him. I wonder what else he has.
