OK, compromise -- Half-Penny, Two-Penny. I do like that one a lot as well!

And which part of that would that be...the stay home if you don't like the show, or the bellyaching is so lame?

The whole damn thing.

Dennis fans should stay home if they don't like Styx shows...and they should quit "bellyaching" (not my choice of words) of what they do or do not play.

Instead, in the very post that critiques people for 'bellyaching' about what Dennis plays, Bugsy insults Styx by calling them "Cover Boys". That is also critiquing Styx for WHAT THEY PLAY, and is hypocritical.

I don't see too many Dennis fans going to Styx shows these days. Or rather "Dennis only" fans since I know someone will point out that there are fans of both these days.

Your second comment, yep I agree. I know, shocking isn't it!

Bugsy, like you though I do, perhaps it was a knee-jerk reaction. Something this board is full of these days.

Peace

ChicagoStyx says:

You forgot one Suite.
Tommy, JY, DDY, Glen, & Todd
As far as I know they only played 2 songs together but it was a Styx Performance!

Oh that's right, the CMN performance. It's so sad to see that video knowing now that I didn't know at that time. Ya know?

Wait! That was an insult????? Sorry you read it that way.

I didn't critique them at all. I don't go to their shows and then complain about what they sing. I don't go to their shows.

They can sing anything, everything, whatever, whoever, cover, original --- I don't care. It is all wonderful because I am not there.

Wait... I will have to be honest here. I have complained about them still peforming the Dennis songs in concert. Others have pointed out to me that they are moving away from those at their concerts now, so that is good. I would not know this, though, unless I was told because I DON'T GO TO THEIR SHOWS.

I'm hoping there will be a concert close to my area on a hopefully hot summer night. With beautiful Lake Michigan as the back drop and hearing "Pieces of Eight" with the symphony. I can just hear the beautiful music now. Oh and I hope that tickets will be reasonable so I can bring my whole family

Hank also said that they played "Harry's Hands" in St. Louis. GREAT song!!

HI Suite if they do that can I come too? lol

Well I haven't gone to many concerts (mainly because of raising my children for many years, aha last one graduates this year, going to miss the heck out of her as she was accepted into U of F, :) but now I can focus more on me and Darren and the new life beginning for us......
out of the three I have seen this year not one disappointed me.....
I have to say they all kicked ass, I still cannot believe I met the members of DARE personally, gave them great pictures I took of them as well as create CD's for each of them of these pictures too, we chat via email once a month or so and it's just soooo damned cool lol, they were unbelievable in concert, and to see so many of my favorite songs come to life by them was a dream come true.....in more ways than one hey babe?

then Asia, I wasn't really a fan but now am, I mean I liked their music but didnt' listen to them a whole lot, and WOW what a show that was the most powerful playing of instruments as a whole I have ever seen, they were perfect. And then DDY here in my town, so great to see the songs I've loved come to life....I'd see DDY or Styx anytime, my next goal is to see Styx....fingers crossed I can do so in June for the upcoming europe tour.
Take care everyone

Substitute Omaha in for Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I agree :D However, if that happens, someone here will have to tell me, because I don't regularly check DDY dates.
