Dennis DeYoung ("The Music of Styx") and John Waite
For over 4 decades, Dennis DeYoung has been a singer, songwriter, keyboardist and founding member of the rock group Styx. The Chicago-based band originated in 1964 when 16-year-old DeYoung and brothers John and Chuck Panozzo joined forces in the garage of DeYoung?s childhood home. Styx sold over 35 million albums and scored ten Top Ten singles worldwide. It was the only band to ever record four consecutive triple platinum albums. Joining Dennis will be John Waite doing an acoustic set. A former member of the bands The Babys and Bad English, Waite had enormous success as a solo artist including the smash hit ?Missing You?.

Their choice, their loss. To each his own.

if you go to order tickets you can actually pick your seats. Not really selling well. The same is true for Plymouth. and we already know how Beverly did a couple of weeks ago.

Just doesn't make sense to do back to back shows that are about an hour apart. each show has to be canabalizing the other.

"If you pay it, he will come" LOL :D

Heck, 2 years ago Carrot Styx was here within 2 hours from my house 7 times and those are just the Wisconsin dates. A few were within the same week. YIKES!! :P

Promoters (some, few a lot, whatever etc.) want to book Dennis. When Dennis was at the Milwaukee show this past February some of the Festa big wigs were there and HAD TO HAVE Dennis come to Festa Italiana. I'm sure he'll be back in Milwaukee again next Winter/Spring for another show, hopefully a Lost Treasures Show. I know a few people up here want him back again, especially after seeing the HOB show in Chicago.

Florida wants him back again, real soon too.

Enjoy his shows and also Carrot Styx while you can!!
