For those inquiring minds, Dennis is doing pretty good with his tour dates. At a few venues a sell-out doesn't always mean that EVERY single ticket is sold out. For example, the Motley Crue concert is listed as a sell out (in Milwaukee), but you can still buy crappy seats and single seats throughout the building, so "technically" it's not a sold out concert.
This past weekend (Saturday) Dennis played a concert with his band in Phoenix, John Waite was the opening act. It was considered a "sell-out" with 2469 tickets sold. Styx played there for a few years, I could be wrong, but the most tickets they sold at this same venue was 1281 and that was on 6/23/02. Other "oldie" or "older" acts that played at this same venue, Brian Wilson played 3 months ago and sold about 1,000 tickets, Kansas played 2 months ago and sold 750 tickets.
I know there are a few of us on here that like to compare sales and talk about it, in a nice way (if those who are wondering why I'm posting this info!!!!!!!!!!!!)
