What songs would you include...

on a "B" side compilation? Several have lamented the number of compilation releases the record companies have put out (14 different copies of "Renegade" anyone?). So, let's say you've just been hired at New Door and you've been told to come up with yet another Styx compilation, "Styx--the Other Side of the River". What songs would you include?

(BTW, can you tell I've finally caught up reading the posts? 8) )

Classic,

"One with Everything" was on 'Come Sail Away-Styx Anthology' :D

I guess to be a 'B' side, there must have been an 'A' side, so while technically they have released singles off BNW, Cyclo & BBT, most people haven't heard them, so in this case I won't include any of those albums in this exercise. (can you feel the burn?, your futility is getting ripped!)

Also, there was that RCA greatest hits album of the Wooden Nickel material, so I won't include any of it either.

Mother Dear
Midnite Ride
Jennifer
Grand Finale
Castle Walls
Man in the Wilderness
Great White Hope
I'm OK
Aku Aku
Pieces of Eight
Never Say Never
Lonely People
Nothing Ever Goes as Planned
Just Get Through this Night
All in a Day's Work
Not Dead Yet
Back to Chicago

Everyone beat me to the punch.

Classic, Zan, Scott. I like all of yours. Well, except for the stuff from Carrot. :P

I think I have a compilation similar to these I did for myself.

Busted! Well, I've come up with the following:

Castle Walls
Everything is Cool
Evil Eyes (duh! 8) )
Fallen Angel
Father OSA
Goodbye Roseland
Half-Penny, Two-Penny
Having a Ball
Just Get Through This Night
Lonely Child
Lonely People
Man in the Wilderness
Mother Dear
Never Say Never
Not Dead Yet
Pieces of Eight
The Serpent is Rising
Unfinished Song

I also included these, but after checking musicstack.com, I see they were all released as singles, I think A-sides:

I'm OK
Double Life
Love is the Ritual
On My Way
Why Me
Born for Adventure
You Need Love
