Since Froy brought up midgets on stage (LOL), did anyone ever see STYX when they had the ballerina up on stage to introduce the song "Ballerina"????

They did for 4 shows in Canada and a few shows in the States.

That I totally agree with. I met a lot of great people on all the boards that I'm on, and that really makes these concerts more special.

How many minutes did REO actually play? Just kidding, did Kevin talk a lot?

Was it the same set list at each show?

It's nice to hear that Chuck is out playing an extra song.

Like it or not, Larry is stepping out as a main presence in the band and the idle talk of where is Dennis has all but disappeared, at least at these three shows.

It was the same set list for each show.

Funny about Kevin. On the second night we timed him on the relentless chatter and timed it out that they could easily add another song if he just cut down the chatter.

I know how you and others feel about this (Larry/DDY). It just seemed more noticable at these three shows than it did at the ones I went to last year that in the idle chat around the arenas, Dennis' name really wasn't heard by myself, So I felt I should mention it. And I would also agree that those that support Dennis is Styx probably aren't going to the shows

Yikes,(wonder who's idea that was?)though I would have loved to see them in this era.
Hopefully one day somebody somewhere has stuff that will be released on an official DVD.
Come to think of it,it is amazing how little Styx old stuff that is around

Gr8dane, there's a LOT of footage out there!!!!! I don't know what's going to be released on an "official" DVD. I don't think certain present and past band members are satisfied with the quality of the older concerts to have it "officially" released.

I think I heard there's a Styxdocumentary in the works

Maybe it has something to do with rights.
Just thought they themselves would have taped/filmed a lot .Maybe not.
If they don't feel like releasing anything,guess nobody can be hurtin' for money.

Some of it has to do with rights - concert footage, you need the okay from each band member through each of their attorney and the families of the ones that are not with us. Still have to have the best quality, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to do with money with most of them.

There were cameras on most of the tours, if not all the tours & shows. A lot of back stage cameras too, thanks to John P.
