His tattoo is MOMMA inside a heart, I guess the initials D E is under it somewhere (it's his Dad's initials). And on his upper back is a some kind of blue design.

If you google you can see the pictures close up of his tattoos. Otherwise if you really want to see close ups, I'll try to get permission to post the pictures and design.

I'd also like to know how many moles he has, and their exact location.
Oh, and also, could we get a current count of back hairs too ? and finally, any varicose veins from all that standing on stage ?

My guess is Tommy took about 6 months of male hormone injections to just grow his facial hair. I do not think the little androgenous dude can grow hair on his back. ---Don't any get angry I shave twice a week and thats only so I can say I shave I usually make a big production of walking around the house with shaving cream on and asking the kids what they want for Christmass.
