You think later in the day, Tommy called his good friend Eddie Haskel (remember that urban legend) and had a phone conversation that went something like:

"Uhhhh Alice, you know, our founding member Chuck Ponazzo....er....well....you know he is kinda sorta still with the band...and uhhhhhh, well the thing is Alice, he is kinda a uh (cough) homo (mumble mumble)..

"What was that Tommy, I didn't catch that"

"Um, well you see Alice Chuck is gay"

"Yeah, right Tommy I know he was the one who wrote Baby and Lady and Best of Times, all those gay songs that ruined you guys"

"uhhhh, well Alice, you see no he wasn't, that was Dennis...uhhh, he likes girls and stuff, and you see we still do Lady and sometimes Best of Times too, those are loves songs written about a woman...ummm...Chuck he does a show with us every now and then, and he is gay"

"Oh my bad, well nobody listens to my show anyway, off to the links"
