Hats off to Dennis and Tim Orchard for making the Glen Burtnick show a reality. Im sure when Tim called Glen the first time he probably said what are ya nuts , After thinking about it he probably thought why not
I applaud Glen for excepting the invite for this magical show.
I hope they play Love Is The Ritual In The World Tonight and the real version of Show Me The Way
I already heard Edge 2 and from what I remember the songs were fantastic. Its going to be a great show.
I hope he does the entire summer with Dennis this may be the test gigs.
Its nice that Dennis can finally play with a former Styx member
Great move all the way around

For this Lost Treasures show with Glen, he's going to have to cut a few songs to add the others.

What do you think he's going to cut and how many songs do you think they're going to add?

Here's the set list from the Chicago/HOB show. I "bolded" the ones that "might" be taken out and on the side added. Let's see, add 3 of Glen's solo, 3 or 4 Edge 2 songs, and a few others - OY!! I wish they could be on the stage for about 4 hours - LOL

Start the show with "Rockin The Paradise".

Grand Illusion
Lady
Best Thing
Desert Moon ** add "All in a Day's Work"
Lorelie
Pieces of 8
Show Me The Way
Castle Walls
Mr Roboto
Dont' Let It End ** add 2 of Glen's solo's
Rockin The Paradise
Queen of Spades - with Rik Emmett and a 3rd guitar
Light Up ** add an Edge 2 song
UnFinished Song ** add an Edge 2 song
Suite Madame Blue
Borrowed Time
Babe
Best of Times ** add "Love is the Ritual"

Encore - with Rik Emmett
Come Sail Away

2nd Encore
A few Beatles songs!!!! Yes, I'll put money on it!!!

I would expect that the following would be played:
Love is the ritual
All in a days work
Edge of the century
It takes Love
and maybe an extra song or two from the lost 92 album

Since the show is longer, these songs probably won't cut out as many as one would think.

Interesting idea, Suite. I am kind of hoping for a "Paradise" version 1.0 for this one. I love the song and since it was listed as one of the tracks for Edge 2...who knows???

All in a Days Work is a lock. Just hope "someone" remembers to bring an accordion!

It Takes Love would be awesome to hear live. I wonder....

I am guessing "Light Up" may go, but cannot venture a guess as to what else may be pulled and/or added.

Worth the price of admission alone to hear Suite Madame Blue with the extra guitars and a few extra voices!

OK, If I got to make the set list, here are the cuts I'd make.......

Show me the way
Grand Illusion
Mr Roboto
Borrowed time ( arent the 80's over anyway )
Unfinished Song
Babe
and shorten SMB by a full minute by getting rid of the held note....
