Suite,

What is going on in with Glen and Dennis in the months of June, July, & early August?? I think I could make ANY show, anywhere in that 2 1/2 month time span. I would try to plan our families summer vacation around it. I can hear myself now explaining to my wife how beautiful Iowa or Nebraska are in the summer. 'Hey baby, I promise the kids will love watching corn grow.' Is this heaven, no kids its Iowa!! But, September probably wont be good for me because of my football coaching duties.

Speaking of football, how about UT???? Is Vince Young a Stud!!!!!! All of this in USC backyard, As Glen would say WELCOME TO HOLLYWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to cast my vote for "nothing else will come of it."

You mean to tell me you'd be disappointed if Dennis and Glen co-wrote some songs together for an album release or had a duet of some kind? That would be preferable to you? I have to admit - that surprises me. Is it that you "hope" that nothing happens or don't think anything will happen. If you're hoping it doesn't happen, then I'm curious as to why.

I'm not Zan...but I tend to think that it's doubtful the men would collaborate on any new songs. Each seems fairly content to write on their own. Perhaps they could add some additional shows, but I myself don't see this as turning into anything lasting. At least not on Glen's part.

At least that's my take on this whole thing.

Did I say I'd be disappointed one way or the other?

You said, "If nothing else comes of it, I'd like to see...blah blah." I simply said, "I vote nothing else will come of it," meaning, nothing else will come from DDY and GB playing together other than a couple of shows in April. That is my prediction.

Personally, if you're asking for my PREFERENCE, I'll say that any new music from Glen is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. However, the Dennis part of the equation doesn't give me wet panties in the slightest. I haven't liked anything he's written in the last ten years with the exception of "Roseland."

I only know of a couple dates in the summer months, so far nothing else has been booked with Dennis and Glen together as of today. I have a feeling for a Chicago show with both of them maybe in September. I also have a feeling that Rik Emmett will be opening up a few more shows with Dennis, that's just my opinion.

LOL!! I always plan my family vacations around Dennis' schedule - LOL I never know if it's ever going to be the last show, I don't want to miss out on anything. I don't know where we're going for a family vacation this summer, maybe South Dakota. I don't know if the kids would appreciate watching the corn grow like I do - LOL

You could be right, but I'm thinking maybe just one more show in the Midwest (Chicago).

I personally wouldn't get "wet panties" over hearing it (I'll leave that one alone-LOL), but I would still be very excited - LOL  Hell, if both of them sang a phone book together, I'd get excited too - LOL I'm just kidding, kind of - LOL

Maybe a couple more shows, but no collaboration. Again, prediction, not preference.

I'll tell you all what. Zan posts the very type of post that makes me happy that my membership in the fans of zan never lapses and all you people immediately go to incontinence and watersports. Really, is it too much to ask that you go back to the obviously naughty inference that the original statement intended. :D

This is sensory overload....bad taste doesn't even begin to cover it...but then again...taste is 99% perception anyway
