Cool new SUrvivor videos on youtubes..

1 - Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger [2002]
from the survivor official site. not a good one.. poor quality.. and not the best perfoanmcne of frank and jamo..

2 - SUrivvor - Eye Of The Tiger [1985]

The best performance of Jimi I ever heard in so many shows I heard of him...
The best Frankie solo on tiger I heard.. If they can do the same version as they did in the 80's of "eye Of The Tiger". (good solo and great vocal) with Robin.. it will be so cool
but I have to admit that It was also the work of Jim Peterik that make the differance...

3 - Survivor - Nothing Can shake me..
A good one performance by Frank.. He did his "Jimmy Page" style in this one.. absolutly great guitar solo!!

No one can shake me...with Dave Bickler... you know something.. I always thought I preferred JJ on vox for Survivor..but Dave B's voice is so much more distinctive!!

Bickler's performance on that song is and always has been bad ass...that's what makes me a fan...

well this one in 1985 was absolutly beautiful.. and so melodic...

You guys do you really see what I saw on youtube?!
1- The Performance on Eye Of The Tiger 1985 is too hot!! Jimi vocal is excellent.. Frankie plays like if it was the last show ever of Survivor on earth!
Jim is just.. the man.. GREAT! Marc and Steph are in good shapes too.
What a solo! it's sad that Survivor don't play Tiger like it was in 80'.. with the palm mute note fro the riff...

2 - See you in everyone.. WOW!!! Don,t know why it's not on the official release back in 1985 the laserdisk version and the VHS tape version.
Too bad that frank don't play this kind of solo anymore in see you in everyone.. the actually one is more "blues"
I like the ending of the solo where frank joins Steph on a classic melodic riff..

Great to see frank playing one of his old gibson Les Paul too...

3 - Nothing Can shake me
Wow.. great to sse frank playing a double neck esd-1275 like Jimmy Page.. theses kiod of things is really missed today in survivor.. playing a lot og guitar style and plating on different guitars.. differen sunds..

I think so too. Up top is keywords Shelby Farms. I googled it and Jimi was playing Shelby Farms earlier this month.
I was wonder if this was Jimi's new band. I wasn't really looking at quality. I guess I thought it was a home made video anyhow. I'm confused, I thought Jimi's webmaster was someone named webwhiz. Just curious.

I saw something on myspace it was a CD that RM put out with Angel Demon ? I think it was released in April ? I guess he didn't have plans to tour with them or changed his mind and joined Survivor ?

Speaking of You Tube videos I hadn't seen this one with JJ until recently its from 1992.
